Our 600mg N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) supplements have been created to support your well-being, reduce inflammation and enhance your cognitive function.
NAC is a precursor of glutathione, one of the body’s most important antioxidants. These compounds eliminate harmful free radicals, helping to protect your body’s healthy cells and tissues from oxidative stress. Glutathione is also thought to contribute to proper immune function, helping to fight infection and disease.
N-acetyl cysteine also supports the production of glutamate, a neurotransmitter that aids learning and memory. Supplementation may increase your glutamate levels, potentially boosting your brain health for sharper day-to-day thinking.
Is it safe to take NAC daily?
A common dose of NAC (600mg) is safe to take daily, however, research about taking the supplement every day for a long period is limited. So, we would recommend taking a break after 12 weeks to be on the safe side.
Does NAC help you sleep?
Yes! Studies have found N-Acetyl Cysteine has sleep-promoting effects, boosting early sleep intensity while maintaining the time of sleep accumulation during awake.
Does NAC affect memory?
Some scientific research has found that those who received NAC scored significantly higher on tests of working memory than those in the placebo group!

Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
