Description & FAQ
Ashwagandha KSM-66 (5% Withanolides) Supplements
For a more tranquil mood, our 1000mg servings of ashwagandha supplements are designed to support your body’s defences against biological, chemical, and physical stress.
Once one of the most widely used herbs in traditional medicine, ashwagandha has gained popularity as a herb in herbal supplements in recent decades. Ashwagandha is the ideal stress reliever because it only includes natural substances that reduce anxiety and enhance the quality of sleep. One of the stress mediators, cortisol, is balanced by its effects to help you manage stress more healthily.
Is Ashwagandha good for anxiety?
There have been promising results from research studies that have shown ashwagandha significantly decreasing stress and anxiety levels compared to a placebo.
Is Ashwagandha a nootropic?
Yes! Ashwagandha has been classed as a nootropic as findings from a study exhibited a nootropic-like effect in naive and amnesic mice.
Why is Ashwagandha calming?
From numerous studies, researchers have found ashwagandha to contain chemicals that might help calm the brain, however, they do not know a lot about how this ingredient reacts within the body. In one study, researchers discovered that when 240mg of ashwagandha were taken daily as opposed to a placebo, people's stress levels were dramatically lowered. Reduced cortisol levels—a hormone linked to stress—were one aspect of this.
